House Collapses In Philadelphia: Report

A man and his dog survived a partial house collapse over the weekend in Philadelphia, 6abc reports.

Dennis Myers and the animal were asleep when the house on the 1900 block of Bonitz Street crumbled to pieces around 5 a.m. Sunday, May 1, the outlet says.

Fire department photos from the scene show bricks, plywood, and other building materials scattered on the property and along the sidewalk.
